Keystone Jetty - A current swept site on the southern end of Whidbey Island located at the Port Townsend/Keystone ferry terminal. The rock jetty is full of life that is less frequently seen by divers in the southern parts of the Puget sound. Dive at slack on a low exchange. For more information click here.
